@X0F @X0C(A)@X0F @X0Bdisplays all of the bulletins
@X0F @X0C(D)@X0F @X0Bimmediately goes into download mode to send the bulletin
@X0F @X0C(N)@X0F @X0Bdisplays a request bulletin only if it is new to the caller
@X0F @X0C(R)@X0F @X0Bre-displays the Bulletin Menu choices
@X0F @X0C(S)@X0F @X0Bscans the bulletins for text

@X0FDescription: @X0BAllows viewing Bulletins available.

@X0FBulletins: @X0BNumbers can be stacked such as "1 2 3" or "1;2;3".
@X0F @X0BTyping "A" will select all of the bulletins for display.
@X0F @X0BCombining "A" with "N" would display all new bulletins while
@X0F @X0Bcombining "A" with "S" would search all bulletins and display
@X0F @X0Bonly those bulletins containing the search text entered.

@X0FBulletins: @X0BTyping "NS" selects Non-stop mode which avoid page breaks in the
@X0F @X0Bdisplay.
@X0F @X0BTyping "D" puts the system immediately into download mode to
@X0F @X0Bsend the file using the default protocol.
@X0FExamples: @X0B1 2 3 - displays bulletins 1, 2 and 3
@X0F @X0B2 N - displays bulletin 2 if, and only if, it is new
@X0F @X0BB A N - displays all new bulletins
@X0F @X0BB A N D - using a batch protocol sends all new bulletins
